Our vegetables are organically grown and never sprayed with herbicides or insecticides. Dependent upon the time of year we may be selling several different kinds of lettuce, including Bibb and Buttercrunch, tomatoes, cucumbers, microgreens, arugula, spinach, and herbs.
Our Products
Our tilapia are the freshest around! This tender white meat is versatile and great broiled, grilled, poached, fried, blackened and makes a wonderful addition to fish soups. Tilapia meat is often used as alternatives to recipes requiring sole, haddock, flounder, and sea bass.

Fertilizers

Using compost to heat our fish tanks leaves us with an excellent source of fertilizer for plants. Our organic compost consists of cow and horse manure as well as an organic worm castings soil. These fertilizers offer superior germination, higher crop yields, faster growth rates, and better tasting produce.
